LTO DLRO THE LINK- The Link is conveniently located to cater to plain renewal of Driver’s License and Conductor’s License without alarm or change in information. It also issues Student Permits to applicants who have already completed and obtained their Theoretical Driving Course certificate. Aside from its main objectives of making LTO services easily accessible to the public, it has also created a social media page (Facebook) in addition to its existing email and contact numbers to efficiently respond to client concern and other inquiries. As of December 7, 2021 LTO DLRO, Ayala – Link has started implementing the use of the Agency’s Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), where clients can remotely register their information online to avoid longer queuing and processing time onsite. |
