| Summary of the office or any changes in the office during the last 5 years:
Quezon City Licensing Center has been true to the LTO’s mission which is to license quality drivers. Over the past 5 years, the office greatly improved through the implementation of the following: 1. Provision of FREE Theoretical Driving Course and/or Practical Driving Course – Mastery of the topic especially the provisions of RA 4136 and RA 10930 by the instructors and they are able to impart it to all who were able to get slots from our FB page, through online appointment in our FB page every last Friday and Saturday of each month. 2. Responsive Facebook Page – Proper and correct information are disseminated, license inquiries and customer care are being handled online and in real time. To date, QCLC has 64,000K++ followers; with numerous positive feedbacks from our clientele 3. Adherence to the provisions of RA 11032 – Posting of updated Citizen’s Charter, No Cut-off, No Noon-break 4. Effective and efficient appointment system via Facebook page 5. Continual improvement in service delivery.
