Note: Only motorcycles without assigned plate numbers on their Certificate of Registration (CR) and whose initial registration in the LTO NCR - New Registration Unit starts with MV File numbers 1301, 1303 and 1801 will be included in this database.

      Since your assigned plate number is not reflected on your Certificate of Registration, please use your MV File Number to search.
