The LTO-Pateros Extension Office since its opening has been focusing on the quality service delivery and good public administration. The office is continually improving and responsive to the needs of the people and provided in a manner that is transparent, accountable and participatory in accordance with the law. 1. Adherence to the provisions of R.A. 11032 – Posting of updated Citizen’s Charter, CCB and other Complaint & Feedback Platforms, Information Signage such as No Cut-Off, No Noon Break & No to Fixers. 2. Responsive Facebook Page & Email – Posting of Public Advisory, Correct dissemination of Information on inquires and customer care are being handled properly. 3. Provision of Ra 4136 LTO Code – Conduction of Law Enforcement Operations. 4. Continual Improvement in service delivery. |
