LTO-NCR: Information KIOSK

The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has launched a new digital platform, the LTO-NCR Information Kiosk, to enhance public service and improve client experience. Available for use by clients in LTO offices under the National Capital Region and linked to the official LTO NCR website, this kiosk provides a range of convenient features, eliminating the need for clients to stand in line for specific inquiries.

 

Key Features:

 

Plate Inquiry: Clients may check the status of their replacement plates or inquire about new motor vehicle or motorcycle plates.

Driver’s License Backlog Inquiry: Clients may verify if their backlog driver’s license card is available. If not, they have the option to request the printing of their card by filling out an online form.

Citizen’s Charter: Access to the LTO’s official Citizen’s Charter, which outlines the requirements and guides for various LTO services and transactions.

Filipino Driver’s Manual: Clients can easily browse the Filipino Driver’s Manual through the Kiosk.

Regional Announcements: The Kiosk displays the latest updates and news relevant to the region.

ARTA Compliance: When idle, the Kiosk showcases ARTA (Anti-Red Tape Authority) compliance through slideshows of tarpaulins and other informational materials.
