The LTO Manila West District Office is located at 2154 Beta Building, Espana Avenue Sampaloc, Manila and is headed by Mr. Anthony P. Morales. The office presently has twelve (12) permanent employees and seven (7) job orders employees, who handle and accept applications for Student Permit, Renewal of Driver’s License, Motor Vehicle registration renewal and other miscellaneous transactions. This office continues to provide excellent fast-efficient services to the public in line with RA11032. This Office constantly reminds and warns the transacting public through its real time recorded Public Announcement (PA system) not to deal with fixers and to read carefully the posted Citizen’s Charter. This Office gives priority to Senior Citizen, pregnant women and PWDs. Like other government offices, it has continuous service from 8 o’clock in the morning up to 5 o’clock in the afternoon. This office provides Public Assistance and Complaint Desk and suggestion boxes for feedbacks, commendations, comments, and complaints. The LTO Manila West District Office has its own social media account /hotline number to answer online internet /call queries. |
