Validity:
A New Driver's License shall be valid for five (5) years reckoned from the date of birth of the licensee, unless sooner revoked or suspended. A DL
holder who has not committed any violation/s during the five (5) years period preceding its expiration shall be entitled to a renewal of such license valid for ten (10) years.
