The Land Transportation Office – Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (LTO-PITX) has expanded its services to include Motor Vehicle (MV) Registration Renewal, enhancing its offerings beyond driver’s license applications and renewals. This expansion was made possible through the collaboration of PITX management and the LTO-National Capital Region’s Regional Office, led by Regional Director Mr. Roque “Rox” I. Verzosa III.

According to Officer-in-Charge Ms. Ella Bautista, the goal is to make vehicle registration renewals more accessible to the public. Located in Parañaque City, the PITX serves as a major transportation hub that helps decongest traffic in Metro Manila. The addition of more LTO services provides greater convenience for both commuters and vehicle owners.
In addition to MV Registration Renewal, LTO-PITX continues to offer the Free Conductor’s Theoretical Course (CTC), an eight-hour seminar required for those applying for a Conductor’s License (CL). Given that PITX is a central terminal for public transportation vehicles such as buses, this course is particularly beneficial. Interested individuals can inquire through the official E-mail and mobile number of LTO Parañaque (PITX).

For those seeking LTO services at PITX, it is important to complete the necessary requirements and register through the LTMS Portal to obtain their client ID prior to visiting.
Regarding driver’s license transactions, LTO-PITX has introduced an Online Driver’s License Request and Inquiry feature, linked to the official website of the Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR). This service is available for clients issued a Temporary Paper License, allowing them to request the printing of their Driver’s License Cards online.
LTO-PITX operates Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on holidays and the third Saturday of each month.
