Started implementing Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) on May 5, 2021. Driver’s License Renewal clients are encouraged to register an account and undergo the Comprehensive Driver’s Education Program and take the CDE Validation exam before transacting. Student Permit Applicants is also encouraged to register an account in the LTMS Portal before transacting in our office.
>>PUBLIC ADVISORY: LTMS CONNECTION UPDATE<<As of Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at around 1:35 PM, the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is now back ONLINE.You may proceed to the nearest LTO office to complete your transactions.Thank you, and we apologize for the inconvenience.However, the following offices remain offline for the reasons indicated:1. LTO Las Piñas District Office and LTO Las Piñas Licensing Extension Office – Still offline due to a fire incident that affected their internet connection. For urgent transactions, please proceed to the nearest available LTO office.2. LTO Parañaque City Licensing Branch (PCLB-PITX) – Still offline due to a SOPHOS issue. The LTO PCLC has already coordinated with the LTO Central Office to address the matter.3. LTO DLRO SM Manila – Still offline due to a SOPHOS issue. Coordination with the LTO Central Office is ongoing to resolve the problem.4. LTO Manila West District Office – Still offline due to internet connectivity issues. The office has already coordinated with the Internet Service Provider (ISP).5. Manila South District Office – Unable to print driver’s licenses due to a laser engraver issue. The concern has been reported to the LTO Central Office for replacement. However, the office continues to accept motor vehicle (MV) renewal and miscellaneous transactions.6. Marikina District Office – Online for MV transactions. Driver’s license transactions remain offline due to ISP issues.The LTO NCR will continue posting updates on our official Facebook page.
