I. PUBLIC ADVISORY: SCHEDULE OF MOTOR VEHICLE RENEWAL REGISTRATION
Did you know that you have to follow a schedule to renew your vehicle’s registration based on its license plate?
The last number identifies the month; meanwhile, the second to last number is for the week.
The schedule is made to avoid the influx of renewals.
Just be alert! You can also renew your registration 60 days before its expiry.

It has come to our attention that fake websites are circulating on the internet, mimicking the official website of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Please be advised that the following links:

are not affiliated with the LTO. Beware of these links as they may be designed to steal personal information.

III. PUBLIC ADVISORY: AVOID PHISHING SCAMS
This is to inform the public to be vigilant when encoding our details to the internet.
Messages via SMS or E-mail are circulated and accompanied by a link, leading to a fake website requesting personal information (bank account details, passwords, ETC..).
Do not engage with suspicious messages. Delete and ignore the received message or coordinate with our legitimate digital media public assistance below:

V. PUBLIC ADVISORY: 2600 LTO SMS VERIFICATION
We would like to inform the Public that the 2600 LTO SMS Verification is no longer connected to the new LTO system (LTMS). The said SMS Verification is connected to the processes under “LTO IT System” only.
Our vehicle registration can be verified through our LTMS Portal.
VI. ONLINE PLATE INQUIRY
You can now check the availability of your license plate through the LTO-NCR official website. ?

Note: This is only limited to the license plates of vehicles registered or applied at offices covered by the LTO-NCR.

X. PUBLIC ADVISORY: NO TO FIXERS
Avoid dealing with Online Assistance or Fixers. These people are not employed, related, or affiliated with the LTO. Dealing with fixers is a violation under RA 10930 and may result in a P20,000 penalty and prohibition from obtaining a license for 2 years.
